Like Spicy Food? Beware of Dementia Threats-  Eating large amounts of spicy food every day can increase the risk of dementia. According to research in the journal Nutrients.

"Consumption of chili is beneficial for the body and blood pressure in the study we were before. However, in this study, we found adverse effects on cognitive among older adults, "said Zumin Shi from the University of Qatar.

Intake of increased risk of dementia chili includes fresh chili and dried chili but not sweet capsicum or black pepper. Those who eat a lot of chili have a lot to have body mass index (BMI) is lower and more active than non-people really like to eat chili.
